Bedrooms
The villa features twelve exquisite king bedrooms and two kids’ rooms with full-over-full and twin-over-twin bunk beds, all themed around famous Hollywood movies, offering ample space for large groups. The first-floor bedrooms, including Titanic, Jaws, Tiffany’s, Wizard of Oz, and Godfather’s, each come with their own bathroom. The second-floor bedrooms, including Firstman/space, Back to the future, and Transformers, also come with their own bathrooms. The Jumanji bedroom shares a bathroom with the Ghostbusters bedroom, while the Hobbit bedroom shares a bathroom with the Jurassic bedroom, and the ET bedroom shares a bathroom with the Indiana Jones bedroom.
Pool Area
Outside, you’ll find a large private swimming pool and spa, which can be heated upon request, and resort-style sun loungers and seating. There is also a private family BBQ grill next to the pool that you can use for a fee. The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped for the most discerning chef, and there is plenty of open space for group gatherings in the living room, with a massive kitchen island and additional chairs for everyone to enjoy quality meals together.

The villa offers an array of amenities for your entertainment and leisure, including a private bowling alley, Halo virtual arcade game, heated pool & spa, pool table, air hockey table, basketball hoops, hydro thunder, happy baby basketball, electronic piano, and more. PARKING RESTRICTIONS • Owners, residents, and guests shall fully utilize the garage for parking of vehicles and once the garage is full, the driveway shall be fully utilized as a second option. Only after the garage and driveway are utilized may a vehicle park on the street and then only in designated spaces. • No street parking is allowed except within the designated, marked spaces along the curb. No vehicle shall be parked in the same space for more than three (3) consecutive days. • The resort does monitor for vehicles that are eligible for towing for the following reasons: o Blocking or impeding the passageway for emergency vehicles including utility repair vehicles o Extending over the markings for curb side parking o Blocking or impeding passageway on the sidewalk o Vehicles with expired registration, expired license plates, flat tires or in any other state of disrepair o Commercial vehicles, recreation vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motorhomes, motorcycles, and boats • No overnight parking at the clubhouse is allowed.
GARBAGE PICKUP Garbage is collected every morning. The garbage can is not a normal can, but the plastic bench located by the front door shown to the right. Please place garbage into 13 GALLON bags and ensure the tops are tied close before placing into the bin. Any boxes must be broken down flat and placed inside the bin. No free-flowing liquids are allowed in the trash bin. Please do not throw trash on the ground at my house and I ask that you pick up any that you might find on the ground.
